Statement from the
Comal County Republican Party:
Our community suffered a tremendous loss. With a heavy heart I regretfully inform you that Comal County Judge Sherman Krause suddenly passed away. It is a devastating loss for his wife, family, friends, colleagues and our community. Judge Krause was the epitome of a faithful and respected servant leader to Comal County.
At this time we ask for prayers for the Krause family during this very difficult time of heartbreak and loss.
NOTICE OF GENERAL PRIMARY ELECTION, REPUBLICAN PARTY
Please click the link below for the required notice of the upcoming Republican Primary Election. Early Voting starts on Tuesday, February 17, 2026 and ends on Friday, February 27th. Election Day is Tuesday, March 3rd. The Notice includes Comal County voting locations for both Early Voting and Election Day.
